Why do you think Monica asked for loyalty oaths? Good soljers for Bush fall on their swords. Bad ones give sworn testimony.

One thing I missed there is why he would have done what he was to be charged with....what the hell was the motive? I don't know if he was a "good soldier" or an innocent who just couldn't face going through what his fellow scientist had just endured. And now, we won't ever know.
