Joke going around

I have to do it too, because it's so true:

A unionized public employee, a member of the Tea Party, and a CEO are sitting at a table. In the middle of the table there is a plate with a dozen cookies on it. The CEO reaches across, takes 11 cookies, looks at the tea partier, and says, “Look out for that union guy, he wants a piece of your cookie.”

  1. I saw that joke in a comments thread on ZeroHedge, which normally attracts ahorde of Libanarchistarian mouth-foamers like you'd find on Red State. If the tone of comment threads is any gauge of popular sentiment -- and with all the news about "persona management propagandabots, who knows what's a true sentiment any more?) it seems like a bit of the tide is turning amongst the economic reichwingers as more of them realize that fascism is only good for the people at the top, and they ain't ever gonna be there.

Ground rules: Comments that consist solely of insults, fact-free talking points, are off-topic, or simply spam the same argument over and over will be deleted. The penguin is the only one allowed to be an ass here. All viewpoints, however, are welcomed, even if I disagree vehemently with you.

WARNING: You are entitled to create your own arguments, but you are NOT entitled to create your own facts. If you spew scientific denialism, or insist that the sky is purple, or otherwise insist that your made-up universe of pink unicorns and cotton candy trees is "real", well -- expect the banhammer.
