World's best athlete

Okay, so she's 100 pounds, can't throw a ball, and has never run a race. But she strikes terror into the hearts of her opponents: Sonya Thomas, "The Black Widow", is one of the world's best competitive eaters.

It's amazing, how it's always these little weedy types who always manage to do things like down 12 tubs of popcorn or 40 hotdogs or whatever... and I don't think it's an accident that she's Korean. As I mentioned before, those Koreans are nuts.

  1. heh. my boss is from Korea. so far he hasn't blown up on anyone in the office but he's gone completely bugfuck on the phone a few times.

I guess it's only a matter of time.

  2. Here I am, dieting and trying to get my blood pressure under control, and there she is, a wisp of a girl eating like a fucking t-rex for a living.

I think I'll order Chinese for lunch. Just to piss off the Koreans...

  3. I have a co worker whose wife is Korean. He moved halfway across the country to get away from her mother.

If I remember it right, skinny people can eat more because they have no fat to stop their stomach from expanding.

  4. Mimus, order Japanese if you want to piss of the Koreans. The Koreans have no problems with the Chinese. It's the Japanese that they absolutely loathe. It's not an accident that whenever North Korea stages a test of one of their Rube Goldberg missiles, they fire it off towards Japan...
