Where did Desi go?

Her former blog URL (greatscat) has been taken over by some horror weenie, her former gmail account bounces...

This is weird. Usually when a blogger gets tired of blogging, they just post a goodbye world message and then go away. The only time I've ever seen a blog just disappeared like this is when some legal beagle brought down the law on someone... anybody know whether The Man has come down on Desi?

Have the disappearances begun?

  1. I don't know about Desi..But I do know that Antichimp is gone and that was one of my favs- and it has a weird messege up about he did it for his family- that really bothered me...did you use to go there? stop by http://watergatesummer.blogspot.com...if you want help finding the blog and person you are looking for- I would be happy to help...

  2. She was blogging for Jesus' General, maybe he knows how to reach her.

  3. Some times their off line lifes get overwelhming and they just stop, no explanation or anything, they just quit.

  4. True enough, sometimes people just quit. But usually they don't just *disappear*. If you send them EMAIL, their EMAIL doesn't bounce, they just ping back "Sorry, I'm tired of it."

Given the number of copyrighted pictures that she posted on her blog, it's not untoward to wonder whether she got in trouble with The Man...

Ground rules: Comments that consist solely of insults, fact-free talking points, are off-topic, or simply spam the same argument over and over will be deleted. The penguin is the only one allowed to be an ass here. All viewpoints, however, are welcomed, even if I disagree vehemently with you.

WARNING: You are entitled to create your own arguments, but you are NOT entitled to create your own facts.
