PS: It took *NINETY SHOTS* to get two -- TWO -- photos where TMF's tongue was visible, despite the fact that most of those shots I could see his tongue when I hit the trigger. Now you know the secret of cat photography -- keep pressing that #!@#% button until you accidentally get the shot you're aiming for!
Why does it seem that cats always go for the "forbidden" water? Ours loves to lick the water up off of the shower floor. Maybe it's really delicious, but I'm not curious enough to taste it myself.
ReplyDeleteHeh. TMF does that shower thing too. The funny thing is that every time he gets *out* of the shower, he's shaking his feet because they got wet. But apparently he feels that tasty shower water is worth the hassle :-).
ReplyDeleteMy personal theory about shower water: It's warm, roughly blood temperature, and reminds cats of the days when they roamed free and drank the blood of rodents. Otherwise... it came out of the same freakin' faucet as their water dish water, for cryin' out loud!
