Republicans want to torture puppies

No, I'm not joking. Balloon Juice has the details, but basically puppy mills in Missouri complained that they weren't allowed to torture their puppies under the new regulations that voters had voted in, so the Teabagger legislature happily over-ruled the voters in order to protect the right of puppy mills to torture puppies.

What next, a bill targeting widows and orphans for random beatings? Yeesh.

You think you're joking, but it's only a matter of time.
