Kristen Dickmann, 19, Midshipman 4th Class at the U.S. Navy Academy at Annapolis. She was an athlete who started this spring on the Navy Academy varsity volleyball team despite being a freshman, and solved differential equations for fun. Her goal in life was to be a Navy pilot. Now she is gone.
