If you don't want to be compared to Nazis, quit proposing Nazi solutions to problems facing your nation.

The religious right is motivated by the suspicion that someone, somewhere,
is having fun -- and that this must be stopped.

Ground rules: Comments that consist solely of insults, fact-free talking points, are off-topic, or simply spam the same argument over and over will be deleted. The penguin is the only one allowed to be an ass here. All viewpoints, however, are welcomed, even if I disagree vehemently with you.
WARNING: You are entitled to create your own arguments, but you are NOT entitled to create your own facts. You talking about the new smoking ban NYC just passed? Yeah, I also remember that the Nazis did that first too...
ReplyDeleteI was mostly thinking of the Nazi lebensraum and concentration camp for ethnic minorities policies. But on to your NYC smoking ban, yeah, we got one of them thare things here in San Francisco. We also got indoor plumbing. Just like the Nazis did. But just 'cause the Nazis had indoor plumbing doesn't make indoor plumbing a Nazi conspiracy, yo! It has to be something *uniquely* Nazi for that to apply. Like, say, rounding up an ethnic minority, stripping them of their citizenship, and trying to deport them somewhere else -- then, when that fails, put them into concentration camps -- then, when that fails, well, we know what the final solution was then, right?
