Your dog humps your leg? Cut off your leg!
At least, that appears to be the philosophy of voters in Mustang, Oklahoma, who, outraged by their superintendent's desire to obey the law, retaliated by defeating a school improvement bond.
What a bunch of losers! The Superintendent gets paid the same whether their children go to school in an overcrowded falling down dump, or a shiny new school. Why should HE care whether the bond was defeated or not? Who gets hurt? Certainly not the Superintendent, who doesn't have any children in school!
And so it goes in the United States of Delusion, where even common sense is an illusion...
