You gotta respect a band that attempts to be a cross between folk-rock and Slayer, even if they don't entirely succeed. The effort is worthy of some kudos...

ReplyDeleteI think Serj actually manages the folk rock meets Slayer thing better on his solo album than SOAD did on their collective albums. But anyhow, I do like this song, it's one of those that's on my normal iPod playlist. And respect is something I have for all of the SOAD gang, even though I agree that a lot of their stuff is not entirely successful.
