  1. I think drugs would help that fool. Or maybe his brain is just too damaged, and his bible is too close to him.

  2. I have one question:

Why does the notion that Bush knew what was going to happen that day refuse to die?

I have three words for these people: My Pet Goat. Bush couldn't find his own ass with both hands in broad daylight even if Ken Mehlman was giving him directions...

  4. Of course, if we change the question to whether or not Bush should have known, then the answer is a resounding "YEEEEESSSSSS." The warning signs were all there, the reports were coming in, the sirens were clanging...but Shrub was too busy enjoying his five week vacation, cutting brush and falling off his bike, to notice.

People get fired from their jobs for criminal negligence and stupidity all the time. Why can't we fire him?

  5. Mimus, I think it's just that people don't want to admit that the majority of Americans voted for a moron not once, but *twice*. So they try to turn the town drunkard into Richard Nixon, a conspiratorial Machiavelli working a deep game. Thing is, George ain't deep. He's not stupid by any means, but he was a shallow frat boy in college, and he's a shallow frat boy today. Anything deeper than "Condi! Where's my near-beer!" just ain't in him.

On the other hand, I surely wouldn't put it past President Cheney to pull some really eeeevil crap...
