Drug warriors trying to keep the flow of funding for their police state going are now whining that legalizing marijuana in California would create a black market in other states as people came to California to buy marijuana, then took it back home with them. Uhm, as if there isn't already a black market for "California gold", except run by the most vicious criminals out there?
Look: as pointed out previously, the number of people who've died via OD'ing on marijuana is... err.... ZERO. It simply isn't physically possible to smoke or eat enough marijuana to OD on it. Surely we have better priorities as a nation than criminalizing people who smoke or eat a drug that has never killed anybody?
