Note: There is some controversy over whether the codpiece is optional for celebration of Happy Mission Accomplished Day. After all, Dear Former Leader clearly was wearing a class-A codpiece as part of his celebration of this most hallowed of days. However, I say it's quite clear that the codpiece is optional, as none of the sailors participating in the first Happy Mission Accomplished Day were wearing obvious codpieces. Besides, have you ever tried to buy a codpiece for a penguin?!
