Still feel blah. I have no idea how I could catch a cold in the summertime, but a cold it decidedly is. Not allergies, allergies don't make me feel bad they just make my nose run and the antihistamines knock that out. Antihistamines aren't knocking this out.
Gotta go, have some coffee, mint tea, and chicken soup to suck down, then take a nap.

It is time for the "brother" defense. As a brother among brothers, it your brother's fault. He brought pestilence into your igloo and infected you. You weren't sick until he came.
ReplyDeleteAlways blame your brother[s].
here's hoping you feel better!! and are taking lots of vitamin C
ReplyDeleteStrong black tea with lemon, sugar, and whiskey. I promise you won't care whether or not you're sick.
ReplyDeleteI echo the black tea etc. and stick with the chicken soup. Sorry you're still feeling bad. (((((Badtux))))))
ReplyDeleteSorry to blog-whore, but I've just issued a blogger's challenge that I would like you to consider.
ReplyDeleteThanks,
Mixter
For some reason the allergies haven't hit me this year. I seem to get more resistant to them as I age. And I seldom get colds.
ReplyDeleteBut I have this belief that if I expose myself to things that my body builds a resistance to them.
Like the natives that took small amounts of snake venom to build up a resistance to it. Well, it works for me so I don't keep things too clean.
In fact it's a proven fact that the folks that are that way are more resistant to getting ill.
Hang in there buddy, hugs.
Well, decongestants, pain killers, mint tea, herbal tea, and orange pekoe tea seem to be making not a whole lot of difference. I guess it just has to run its course...

I'm a big fan of bee pollen. Its helped me a bit in the past.
ReplyDeletechicken soup?
ReplyDeleteIsn't that close to cannibalism for a Penguin?
