If it's any consolation, Dodd's going to filibuster the bill, and some of his fellow senators will back him.
ReplyDeleteIt still has to go through the Judiciary Committee, and supposedly, Leahy doesn't like the part about retroactive immunity.
I think Reid stepped in something smelly here.
