We're winning! We're winning!
Because the terrorists are desperate and are in their "last throes". As has been true for the past two years, but hey, now they're REALLY desperate and REALLY in their last throes!

Are you trying to be sarcastic? Cheney and Rumsfeld have assured us, now and in the past, that the terrorists are desperate and in their "last throes". I am sure they would know best. In fact, why would they allow a contingent of RightWingNut Radio Show Hosts to Iraq, if that wasn't the case?
