Excuse me?
In comments that have caused a kerfuffle in Spain, McCain seemed to lump Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Zapatero in the same category as the anti-American leaders of Venezuela, Bolivia and Cuba.

John McCain isn't just suffering from dementia. I think that man is actually in the process of dying now. If he wins, he won't make it through his first term. Hell, I doubt he'll make it through his first year...
